What we do
The experienced team at Hybrid Solutions has been providing life saving medical courses, delivering Humanitarian Aid, tactical courses, medical and high risk evacuation and other services going on almost a year in Ukraine and is now offering courses in the U.S. We offer Advising/consulting courses to MIL/LEO, NGOs, members of the media and anyone working in high risk fields.

The Company
Hybrid Solutions is first a humanitarian mission focused group that empowers its team and then a company second. With an experienced and professional team who have worked in startups previously and supported by an outstanding team. The Hybrid Team features leadership with over a century of combined experience in the government and private sector and is a disabled veteran owned business founded in 2022 by former Special Forces Commander Paul Schneider who helped evacuate hundreds of Afghans and then volunteered to help humanitarian efforts in Ukraine after Russia’s invasion in early 2022.
